Welcome to the home of the GroupWise User Group for South Africa and the Rest of Africa.  You can register on this web site if you want to become member of this user group.  The purpose of this User Group is to connect GroupWise users in South Africa and the Rest of Africa.  The GroupWise User Groups in the rest of the world has been highly successful in establishing these user group communities.  It is time that we do this formally in Africa.  This user group will also provide its members a range of benefits that will become evident when  you register to become an active member of this User Group.

Members of the user group will be entitled to the following benefits:

• Discounted conference fee for the Open-Horizons African Summit
• 15% discount to the ANNUAL net.Share Conference
• Free Access to a Quarterly User Group Event
• 5% Additional Discount on training provided by The Open Training Institute
  
• A User Group Shirt
• Free Access to the User Group Forums 

As we start to grow as a community we will be able to add more benefits from organisations that want to get involved with our community.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT WILL ONLY BE REQUIRED AS FROM 2009 - FOR 2008 IT IS FREE!!

Two membership levels are provided: Corporate or Individual membership

• The fee for Corporates, Government Departments and other Institutions will allow up to five (5) persons from an organisation to register.  The fee for corporates are R 1 750.00 (US$ 270.00) per annum.  If more than 5 people want to register an additional fee of R 340.00 (US$ 52.00) per member will be applicable.
• The fee for an individual membership is R 375.00 (US$ 58.00) per annum.

Once you have registered you will be invoiced for your registration, BUT ONLY in 2009 when you will have to confirm that you are renewing your membership.  Payment details will appear on your invoice.  You have the option to pay by bank transfer, or you will be allowed to make payment at any of the events where the User Group will have a table.

You will only be entitled to receive your shirt once payment has been received for membership.
